I too suffered from this issue. I did get the email but only one of the two items showed up. When I called Android market support the rep said there is nothing I can do but wait and maybe it will show up, maybe it would not. How sad Android/Google! I would never get that answer from Apple. Maybe I will think two, no three times before I start developing products for Android.
